*Do I have to fill out the online registration or will there be paper forms?
We are going paperless just like the last few years, so everyone will need to fill out the online form. If you need help with this, feel free to e-mail us at aimladiesretreat@gmail.com.

*I've filled out the online form, now what?
You're registered! All you need to do is follow through with the payment method you selected.

*How do I pay for the retreat? Will the person I selected to pay contact me?
It is your responsibility to contact the person you are paying and get the money to them.

*Instead of paying in cash, can my RVA or ABS account be charged?
You can transfer money from your ABS account to the AIM ladies retreat account

*What time can I arrive at Brackenhurst on the day of the retreat?
You are free to arrive at Brackenhurst anytime on Friday. There is a coffee shop and lovely grounds which you can enjoy. Spa times will begin at 1:00 PM and registration will begin at 4:00 PM. You will be able to settle into your room after registration begins.

*What should I bring to the retreat?
You will want to bring your Bible, a journal or notebook, and a pen for taking notes during the sessions. There will be opportunities for hiking and other physical activities, so you may want to bring workout clothes and tennis shoes. It does tend to get chilly at night, so a jacket might be helpful. You may also want to bring money if you plan on getting a spa treatment or purchasing any items that will be for sale from other missionaries.
